With the application, homeowners will be able to easily scan their identification to comply with the authentication. Homeowners will also be able to access forums through the app where they can give feedback and chat. In addition to this, the app makes it easier to vote on the go, keeping your information saved to rid redundancy.

STEP THREE
Once we have a general idea of what you would like. We set a date for the upcoming election and use our customized emails to remind homeowners on the date and how to vote. In accordance with our value of your opinion, we will take your ideas and format into account when we design the ballot and will disclose it to the board prior to the vote date.
STEP FOUR
Up to the date of the vote, we will continue to send monthly reminders that will turn into biweekly reminders when we begin to get closer to the date. On the day of elections, the ballot will be open for the allotted time that you decide, we recommend 8-12 hours of availability. Voters will receive confirmation upon submitting the electronic ballot and there is an optional survey we offer to gain insight on improvements and effectiveness.
STEP FIVE
The results are disclosed to the members of the board within a day of the ballot closure. In the report, we will give various statistics that we gathered from the voting population and results. We then thank you for using our service and offer the prices listed below for the second use:

STEP ONE
After receiving your initial quote, you will speak with a potential moderator that will be assigned to your community. We put emphasis on our values of equality, we believe all neighborhoods are equal! Because of this belief, we make sure we have experienced moderators for each neighborhood regardless of size or loyalty.
STEP TWO
Right after the first payment either in full or through installments is received, we begin to discuss your aspirations for the community and possible ways we could gauge community interests. During this time we will use the allotted time to get to know you and more about your neighborhood.
